Riviera Lodge Hotel - Torquay

The personnel was welcoming and efficient, and the host too. The rooms were exceptional & spotless with a view.

Enchanting small hotel in marvellous location near centre of town. Very impressed with double room with an excellent breakfast. A work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a TV were convenient.

Noise from adjacent rooms is quite disruptive!!! It would be great to have better soundproofing for increased comfort!!!

The Compact Double Room was pretty cozy and had some nice little touches. It felt cute and clean. Although it was on the smaller side, it was functional and had everything we needed. Just a heads up, the layout is a bit tight, so if you're looking for spaciousness, it might not be ideal. Still, we loved the charming decor and overall vibe.

The hosts were polite and always attentive, making our stay special. Make sure to enjoy the hot tub on the terrace in the afternoon!

I had such a fantastic stay with my partner, enjoying the clean and comfy compact double room while taking full advantage of the sparkling outdoor pool and relaxing hot tub. The whole vibe was perfect for unwinding and soaking up the sun. Just a minor note for improvement would be that we found a little spider in the room, but it didn’t ruin our great experience at all! 🌞

What a lovely place! The riviera lodge has a chilled atmosphere by the pool with good music and snacks. Our room was immaculate, and i loved the focus on sustainability. Especially the owner, were super friendly.

The hotel is clean and our premium double room felt really fresh with lovely touches. The pool was super clean and the bar was cozy with a decent drink selection. Breakfast was quick and tasty, with lots of choices like fresh fruit and pastries. Staff were really friendly and went the extra mile to. Would definetely stay here again. Great location near the beach and restaurants.

the only downside was the musty smell in the corridors, and the parking was a bit limited.

Riviera Lodge is a cozy spot. The outdoor pool is inviting, kept at a perfect temperature. I loved relaxing in the hot tub after a long day. The room, a Compact Double, was super clean and had everything I needed, from a comfy bed to a nice tea and coffee setup. Staff were friendly, always willing to help with my requests. Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options, especially the freshly cooked items. One downside, the room felt a bit tight for two people, and there were some noisy plumbing sounds in the walls. A great stay, but a few tweaks would make it even better.

My stay was lovely, with the warm welcome from the hosts making me feel right at home, and I loved how close the hotel was to Torquay's Dinosaur World and the beautiful South West Coast Path walk, made my weekend city strolls so enjoyable.
